How Does Direct Primary Care Work ?
1. Choose the DPC plan that best fits your needs.
2. Complete the membership application forms.
3. Pay your DPCA registration fee.
4. Pay your first month DPCA membership fee.
5. Authorize regularly scheduled charges to your checking/savings account or credit card.
6. You are now a member of the DPCA.
7. Schedule your first DPCA appointment
8. As long as your monthly membership fee has been paid then there is no additional fee for any service included on the plan of your choice.
9. There is no co-pay, no co-insurance, and no deductible for services included on your membership plan.
